power system shuts off in run position

after sitting over winter i charged battery to start. have power for accessorys turn key not to start hear a click and all power goes dead replaced ignition switch , starter, regulator , still have same issue. any help? thanks

check the wires at starter relay to see if theya re fusible links I forgot see pic also try unplugging regulator and see if it still does it.
