The fitting doesn't take an o-ring. Either something isn't threading in properly, the flair is nicked, or the remanufactured gear is nicked.
First, remove the fitting. What I would suggest is to replace the hose / line with a new fitting. However, inspect the flair to make sure there is nothing is nicked or damaged.
Do that and let me know what you find. You may also want to try putting some teflon tape on the threads to see if that helps stop the leak.
