Power steering pump replacement step by step instructions needed?

Hello. I need the step by step on replacing the power steering pump and swapping the pulley from the old pump to the new one.

Background: power steering is non-existent when sitting still with the engine idling, or even revving it. It takes most of my upper body strength to turn it. There is no whining noise, and the fluid appears fine. This all started at the drop of a hat, and not over time. I'm thinking that a pressure controller inside the pump has failed.

Well, I started the job. Pulled the belt off. And this fell off of the crank pulley. That's a new one by me.

Yep, I have seen this before, the balancer comes apart and it causes the belt not to be driven. Good job finding the problem. Here are the instructions on how to change the balancer out and this video can help as well:
