Power steering pump pulley completely shredded off from the middle ring it can come off completely.

I think I just need the puller/remover kit. But the problem is I'm low on funds and can't put down the deposit for loan-a-tool at AutoZone. Is there any other way to do this without the kit?

Not without damaging the pump itself.
Maybe you could take the pump to a parts store and have them do it there for you.

Well now I have to take apart all the connected stuff right and the fluid what about that? What do I do with that?

Remove the two lines attached to the pump to free it from the lines.
