When replacing the power steering pump, how many bottles of fluid will I need, and do you need a press machine or tool to press the pulley on?

Good morning,

You need a puller to remove the pulley. You can buy or rent one at a parts store for this procedure.

I attached the procedure for you below for the pump removal and the pulley removal.

Make sure you flush the system of all the old fluid.

I included the process to fill the system as well. There is not a specific amount of fluid because it depends if you get all of the old fluid out, however, it normally works out to about 2 quarts.
