Hi,

I have a remanufactured pump.
Before removing old pump.
Can you provide some diagrams to show the location of hose connections?
I see location for high pressure hose
connection.
And pressure switch connection.
What is the third connection for?
Also, do I have to remove rack to replace power steering lines?

Thanks!

Hi,

As far as replacing the pump, it isn't too hard. However, it will require a little time. To get you started, here is a link that explains the procedure in general. It is an excellent guide and can be used in addition to the specific directions for your vehicle.

Next, if you look at the attachments below, I included the directions and pictures specific to your vehicle for removal and replacement.

As far as disconnecting lines from the rack and pinion, no. You won't have to unless you are replacing the hoses.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
