Hi my name is Christina. When i turn to the right it's very hard. When i turn the wheel to the left it's smooth. Could that be the power steering whose or the pump?

There could be a number of issues but the most common are low fluid or the steering gear issues. In your vehicle you have a rack and pinion. Due to this, I suspect you are having issues with it.

Clearly we need to check the fluid level first and top it off if it is low. If not then we need to suspect the rack is the issue.

Let's start with this and go from there. Thanks
