Hi,
First, there is a technical bulletin regarding this component. If I understand correctly, Kia is replacing them free of charge. It isn't a recall, but they recognize a problem.
As far as the new problems you have, the system needs to be recalibrated after doing the work. You will need a scan tool that can communicate with the modules involved.
I attached the recalibration procedures below.
