Power steering line leaking at the pump?

My power steering line is leaking at the pump as shown in Pic 1. I have already changed teflon o ring that goes below the threads that go into the pump (Pic 2).

The oring pack (Pic 3) I purchased came with two teflon rings. One was slightly larger than other.
I wasn't sure which one was for the high pressure line so I tried both and it still didn't stop the leak.

Could there be another o ring inside the bolt, and if so then is there a way to change it.

Yep, the outside seal is not what is leaking it is the internal seal is bad which cannot be replaced separately so you will need a new hose, sorry. Thanks for the images, they helped.
