Power steering line

How do I take the high pressure power steering line off the steering box. I know it's a 16 mm but I can't reach it so what do I gotta do to get to it.

I do get it from the top but if you cannot, you need to go under the car and come up to the line. I think it is tougher to get from the bottom

Ya tried that but I can't get in line wrench to go up in there
