Power steering leak?

Just noticed a slight leak on top of the power steering rack. I would like to add fluid with stop leak to see if that helps before going any further. Cannot find where to add fluid - no reservoir that I can see.

The vehicle listed above is a base model.

You have an electric steering with a manual steering rack. They use an electric motor on the steering column for the power steering part. If you had a power steering pump on the engine you have it would be right on the side of the head.
