Owner's manual doesn't say anything flushing the power steering fluid. So many different answers, is flushing regularly necessary, or just top up ?

Hello, I'm Danny.

My personal opinion to answer your question is no. There is no reason to perform a power steering fluid flush. The only reason to perform such a thing is if there is a leak in the system caused dirt or debris to enter the system causing contamination. It is not necessary. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
