The problem is that the power steering fluid continues to be pushed out through the reservoir lid.
My question is, why?

Good morning.

I would remove and clean the tank that holds the fluid. There may be dirt and debris on the bottom of the tank from the fluid from breaking down.

The fluid needs to be changed just as engine oil needs to be changed. When it is not serviced, the fluid breaks down and debris clogs up the system.
