Power steering stops working while driving

When I'm driving all of a sudden power steering goes out and I have to pull over and restart the car however many times until it's back? Some said I don't put power steering fluid in these cars because it's electric. is that true? please

Yes. You car requires power steering fluid. The power steering system is electronically assisted but does require the power steering fluid reservoir to be properly filled. This is probably the reason the steering keeps going out on you. I've attached a picture below of what the reservoir looks like on your car and the type of fluid that is suitable to use.
