What are the parts that hold the power steering cooler to the condenser called? where can I purchase them?

it looks like it is part of cooler otherwise they are brackets with the bolts that hold them in place. see pic

I looked on rock auto as well and they show a large square so there may be other parts that are probably dealer item only but check with auto parts as they might have it.
