Power steering and cooling system

1. Power steering fluid bubbles when car is parked and running. Dealer replaced rack and pinion but says some turbulence is normal as fluid returns to resivor.

2. Where is the AC condensation hose on the car listed above it is the FX 35 model? Getting leak running down over passenger side frame rail.

First the air is getting into the power steering system becasue the pump is bad allowing air to be sucked in while in operation.
