Power Steering

I have a 96 chevy k3500 dually pick up. Got in it one morning and she didn't want to turn left or right unless i cranked ont he steering wheel. I check the power steering fluid and noticed it was low. I filled it up but I'm still having the same problem. Any help would be great. Thank you.

make sure your belt is in good shape first, then have the pump pressure checked.
