Started having problems with the power steering. I replaced the pump and a month later its acting up again. I can't find any leaks anywhere. Could it be getting air in the system somewhere? My A/C went out as well, could this have an effect on the power steering pump?

I attached the process for replacing the pump. This issue is pretty typical for a failed pump. However, if you have a leak then that can also cause this. Basically, you have two issues that could be either or.

First the foaming is a sign of air in the system. The noise it is making is normally air as well. Second is the hard steering which points to the pump. So this means we need to fill the system and operate the wheel back and forth and look for leaks. If you don't find any then the pump is most likely the issue. If you find a leak, repair it first and fill the system then purge it of air to ensure the issue is fixed. I attached that process as well.
