Power steering mis leaking from the pressure hose at the steering gear?

I replaced the rack and pinion a year ago. Now my car is leaking from the pressure hose at the steering gear. what could be causing this?

The power steering lines have seals which must have gone bad, but I would check the fitting to make sure it is tight. Here is what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
