I can hear whining and it is hard to turn?

Hey guys my vehicle listed above doesn't have a fluid leak, but I can hear whining and it's hard to turn. What could be my issue considering my power steering fluid reservoir is still full?

Yep, this happens when the fluid becomes overworked and needs a flush. This video will show you what to do to fix it on a similar car:
