Can I draw power from the rearview mirror to my radar device rather than a long cord to the spare in the fuse box?

Hi,
Honestly, the rearview mirror is getting power from the IPS module. The module powers other things as well and receives power via a 10 amp fuse. I would not use this as a power supply. It could damage the module.
