Bought this van with both sliding doors not operating. I can hear the motors and beeps but nothing opens or closes. I have replaced few of these in the past, on odyssey, either motors or just cables. Bought 2 sets of cables and spools. Replaced driver and it works great no issues. When finished with passenger, when pressing close it opens and vise versa. It also opens all the way then beeps 3 times then closes. Does not stay where it should open. I cleaned the tracks from al dirt and sprayed some lubricant. No success. Also read the code which i believe could be from before. Cleared them but can't get any codes back. No codes and still does the same thing. Turned switch off the manually closed it several times the ln turned it on, same results. I did not have to unplug any motor harnesses but someone been there before as one of the 10 mm bolts holding the motor in place is gone, also the cover that covers the spool is cracked but that does not affext anything. Any ideas? Here are the codes from vefore

Yep, The first thing I would suspect is that the passenger-side cable/spool is wound or routed backward, or the cable was installed on the wrong side of the spool. On these Odyssey sliding doors, the motor has to pull the correct cable depending on whether the door is opening or closing.

The fact that it opens all the way, beeps three times, and then reverses/does not stay open also points to the door control module not agreeing with the actual door position.

I ordered a whole assembly already installed, new, spool already have the cables installed, all I had to do is remove the electrical board from the old one and install in new one, then attached cables to the high, that was easier than having to play with the spool. Seen many people do it. It was manually easy to open and close the door, big difference. Tried the power door and it now just beeps, lol, does not move at all. I removed it and returned it. I ordered a used assembly with the cables installed and the board in it. Will swap it. I don't see the latch move when I hit the open button. I am afraid all of this maybe due to the latch not working not the slide motor

Yep that can be, many times people will mix and match parts so be sure the motor/spool/cablers are from the car with the door on the right side. Also, try inspecting the latch to check for wear which is a common point.
