Passenger power side mirror keeps "forcing" mirror to angle down

Switch works, can move back into correct position but then automatically moves back down. can hear motor running even when fuse is removed. Driver's side mirror no problem.

Hello,

I'm not sure what is going on because the system is straight forward. Fuse/switch/motors. here is a wiring diagrams for the mirror so you can see how that work. Must be the switch is bad. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
