Power seats removal

Is there a certain way to remove the power seats? i'm not sure how to do it. is there a diagram or illustration on how to take out the power seats?

I attached the process on how to remove the seats. Power seats are not much different but they are called on in the process. Let us know if you have more questions. Thanks
