Power seat switch not working properly

The power seat switch stopped working properly. It will not go forward or backwards. It will go what I would say up and down. I am trying to get a video on how to change it but I am not finding any. I hope that you will be able to help me.

No video but here are the instructions.
Power seat switch > Removal and installation:

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove front seat cushion outer trim panel. Release power seat switch retaining tabs. Pull switch away from outer trim panel, and disconnect electrical connector. Remove power seat switch. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure harness connections are tight and power seat switch is firmly seated in outer trim panel.
