dash is not getting power

Seems like i have short or something not grounded. My battery has power, headlights work, but dash is not getting power and car is not starting. Have already changed both the ignition and switch and same problems. It will be okay for a couple days then lose power. Also, when it has power the ignition has to be perfectly on the mark to drop it into gear. Help me.

Hello,

this sounds like you have a main power issues, there is a fusible link that needs to be checked, here is a guide and a diagram so you can do some testing.
