It sounds like the front electronic module is out. Is this the module you replaced? Here is the location of the module and how to change it out? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Do you have any other ideas as to what is wrong or how to check the control module input or output voltage?

Okay, at the left kick panel there is a ground (4 of them - G200) for the front control module, let's see if they are connected clean and tight. Here are the wiring diagrams for the module and the ground locations as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I unscrewed G200 grounds and sanded and cleaned them. It didn’t change anything, sorry to say. Do you have any more tips to check?

Can you confirm all 5 grounds are good? Please connect the test light to power and check the 5 red/blk wires at the front control module.

Sorry, I don’t understand the question. I have been checking the 5-ground wire on front control module now that module has power going into module on the next plug beside the ground plug. Is that what you are asking?

Okay, let make sure the ground to the engine and chassis from the battery are good. I seems like there is a common ground that is not working. Also, please confirm the fuse below are all good.

Here are the wiring daigrams for the windows, use the test light to re-check for power, and then switch the lead to power to check the grounds. We must be missing something.
