Engine starts and runs fine but there is loss of power to the window, door locks, radio, heat, blinkers, headlights, brake lights and hazards. The only thing that seems to be working is the middle brake light and the windshield wipers. Shift is done manually with a screwdriver because the car is stuck in park. Also, I did test all fuses relays and brake switch.

I have had over a dozen of these cars with the same concern and found an ant infestation in the under hood fuse box on the driver’s side. You will see a bunch of white specs of dandruff looking stuff, and when you remove a relay most of the time you’ll see dead or live ants. For some reason they are attracted to these fuse boxes.
