Power locks not working on inside cab switches

I have a regular cab 2000 Silverado that I just bought. It has the LS package with keyless entry. I just replaced the door latch on the drivers side. I cannot remember (for the life of me) if door lock switches on the inside of the doors worked before I replaced the latch.
The fob works great locks and unlocks doors like it is supposed to. But the lock/unlock buttons inside on either door will not work. No sound of actuators or nothing when they are pressed.

It sounds like the drivers door lock relay is not working. Here is a guide to help you test it and the door lock wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the relay as well:
