I have no power going to the dash gauges, blinkers, radio, climate control, wipers and door locks?

I have the van listed above that runs and drives very good for the year. My issue is this, I have no power going to my dash gauges, my blinkers, my radio, climate control, wipers, and door locks. My hazards work but no blinkers, and every once in a blue moon if I’m waiting and bored and mess with the radio volume control my wipers will turn on but once I shut the van off, they stop working again. I have checked all the fuses I can find. I’m leaning towards a faulty ground but don’t know where to even start. Headlights and taillights and brake lights along with power windows all function as they should.

This sounds more like the BCM has gone out, but we can check for power and test the grounds before replacement. here is a guide to help and the location and instructions on how to replace the unit in case you need it:

Here are the BCM wiring diagrams so you can see which wires to test for power and ground. If the fuses are okay (test with ignition on) I have left the location and instructions on how to change out the BCM, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
