It sounds like you might have a problem with the auxillary blower motor. It could also be the controls that turn it on. You can check this by checking the voltage at the wiring to the blower motor when you have it turned on. If there is voltage there then you know the switch is working and the problem is most likely in the motor itself. You might also have a problem with the blower motor resistor.
