My Suburban would not crank the other day. Jumped off fine. Got a new battery. Then today before we left it would not crank again. We have noticed that the clock for the radio keeps randomly flashing on and off when the key is off and out of the ignition. I have no clue what could be going wrong. Any ideas??

we took all of the cd's out and would make sure the radio was off before the ignition was turned off and it will still flash on and off at about 30-45 second intervals.
