Upon hitting a hill sometimes flat surface while accelerating the call will not move and you still running it will idle shutting off the ignition and restarting the call will run normal for a while

It sounds like the fly by wire system is not working. It is the system that controls your accelerator pedal. Does this make sense

Yes you don't accelerate and I'm going nowhere when you shut it off turn it back on it works fine for a while

Ok that sounds like the system. The most common failure is the throttle position sensor on the side of the throttle body. Check it for damaged connector and pins

Mass air flow sensor fuel filter air temp sensor spark plugs cap rotor wires PCV valve air filter

None of that has anything to do with the issue

there is a pedal sensor that has the control module on it that is the other half of the system. Have you had that checked?
