Power door locks

I am having a problem with my door locks. I am unable to lock/unlock the doors with the switches on the passenger or driver's side of the car. But I am able to do so with the remote. I checked the fuse and tried to by-pass the switch, nothing.

there are three fuses 5, 9 and 11 for this. if those are oay then have it scanned for codes it may be a body module problem. a mechanic will need to do this.
