No power coming from the ignition coil

And how to check ignition wiring?

Well after hunting around a bit it looks like it does use one.
GM/Daewoo part# 96325868.
No variant of this car was sold in the US, so I do not have a reliable wiring diagram to go by but most crank three wire crank sensors work in similar ways. Reference voltage on one terminal, ground on another and the third is the actual signal.
