Loses power on hill and when i accelerate or its shifts down and the RPMs go past 2.5 have no power, and I can hear the engine bog.

This can be one of two things, either the fuel pump is getting weak, or the catalytic converter is clogged, but we should run the codes to see what comes up this guide can help:
