Car will not start

I have power on the coil but not on the distributor. I checked the EFI fuse already and it has power.

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have very limited technical information. But, I will try to help.

When spark is lost, the first thing I suspect is a bad crankshaft position sensor. Take a look through these links:

Here is what I suggest. If you have a live data scanner, check to see if there is an RPM signal when cranking. If there isn't one, replace the sensor to see if that fixes the issue.
