Possible timing issue, vehicle shut off while driving

Truck stalled and shut off going 60 mph and said to check gauges.

The first thing I suggest is to check for diagnostic trouble codes. Here is a link showing how it to do it:

Also, when you crank it, does it sound different? Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine?
