Possible fuel pump relay problem.

After driving for a while the car will not restart. When I turn on the ignition the check engine light comes on and flashes with a buzzing sound. After the car sits and cools down for a while it will re-start.
I have traced the buzzing sound to the relay box located under the hood.
There are several relays inside. The one giving off the buzzing sound seems to be the one in the rear. All of the relays seem to be the same part number.
Should I replace all of the relays or just the one that seems to be making the noise?

If it is the fuel pump relay, the clicking is probably the result of poor voltage or ground. That relay has two circuits, load side and control side. The load side is that little arm with the arrow-head, when relay is energized, that line moves to the other terminal and carries voltage to inertia switch, from inertia switch to fuel pump motor. The control side of relay has to have voltage and ground, the control side has the coil looking wire, The voltage comes from pcm relay to control side of fuel pump relay.
