soft top stuck on passenger side
it wont go up

These cars have a soft top transmission on each side that is operated by a motor thru cables. Over time the cables shrink thru constant twisting and come out of the transmission resulting in out of time linkage. You may need new cables and the transmissions must be retimed. Updated transmissions are available if not installed already. Sometimes other components fail as a result of this. Hope this helps.
