2000 Porsche 911 Carrera Turn signal frozen

Electrical problem
2000 Porsche 911 Carrera 26000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My blinkers are frozen, incuding the hazards, they come on, but don't flash. Is this a simple fix ?

somtimes this is an indicator that the turn signal relay has given up ....but first get it to come on again and walk around the car to see if any of the bulbs are blown ....if they all come on then the relay is a good place to start ...hope this helps....let me know ok" ..good luck.
