when i start my ar it runs great but one it warms it will not idle if it dies istarts right bak up. Its as though its idling to low

when it dies do you have to press the accelerator to restart it or will it start on its own? when in gear and idling, what rpm is it at? does it seem to run rough when driving down the road? rough idle?
