I have replaced the blend door actuator in belief that that was the problem it didn't pop for two day then started popping again. When I put it on defrost there's a slight popping noise. When in defrost it seems to only be blowing air on the left side of the vent. How can I fix this?

One of the air doors could be jammed up or broken. The mode actuator should be visible from under the left side of the dash but to really look into the problem, the dash is going to have to come out.
