When I turn the vehicle to the right it makes a loud clicking/popping sound. And as far as I know it's only the right side and when I turn or if i go over a decent size bump or divot in the road but mostly when I turn to the right.

Hello,

The clicking noise is likely due to a bad CV axle.
Typically, when the boot rips apart of the CV joint it allows dirt and debris to enter the joint and that will eventually lead to the noise.

Take a look at this helpful guide:

As for the noise while pressing the gas pedal, can you upload a video? It can help us determine what this might be.

I have attached the CV axle replacement procedure below for your reference.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
