Poor running when cold

1.8 TDCi
Had service - repaced air and oil filter. Fresh oil. New battery. Replaced all glow plugs. Replaced fuel filter. Within last 6 weeks replaced dual mass clutch and flywheel. Car starts first time. Idles most of time when cold. Put foot on gas engine dies. Ok when engine hot.
