Poor acceleration

Changed plugs fuel filter and O2 sensor already.
Very poor acceleration and hesitation when engine warms up. Goes great cold. But slower than grandpa on a sunday drive once warm.
The fuel filter was exceptionally dirty and collapsed. But I think when it is cold if injector was blocked temperature would not matter. Same with low fuel pump voltage and vacuum. Maybe air sensor intake dirty. Only goes well if I super lightly accelerate as in, rest my shoe on it lightly. Need help my misses is on my tail to fix it.

Hey,

This sounds like the catalytic converter is plugged up. Here is a test that will help you determine if the cat is plugged.
