When I first apply by brakes when I start out from the car sitting for a while I hear and feel a clicking noise and then it doesn;t happen for a couple of days. What do you think this could be?

If it only happens after the car sits, it could be rust on the rotors that gets cleaned off from using the brakes. I believe the vehicle is still under warranty, so I recommend having it checked at a dealer so they can document that the problem began prior to the warranty running out.
