2005 Pontiac Vibe Radio won't turn on

Neither my radio or cigarette lighter will work. I'm thinking a fuse. But where is the fuse and what size of fuse do I need? If you think it is something else please let me know that too. Everything else seems to work fine. Thank You

Fuse is in end of dash, drivers side. Open door to gain access, this should be at least 20amp.
