The raditor fan doesn't come on when the engine heats up or when the MAX button is pushed on the A/C.
If you ground the diagnostic terminal with a paper clip it will come on.
If you cross the red wire and black/pink wire on the relay with the fuse unplugged it will come on.
I replaced the relay, the temp sensor, the temp switch (one with the pig tail made on it), and themostat.
The Haynes book suggest the ECM after I went through its steps. What do you suggest?
Thanks

Well Just to Be Clear There Are 2 Temp Sensors If Im Correct. One To Tell The Temperature And Another With One Little Wire To Tell The Fan When To Kick On. That One Might Be Bad. Could Be Computer Tho.

I have replaced both sensors, the one next to the thermostat with two wires and the one with the one wire pig tail, along with the fan relay also. How else can you tell if it is the emc for sure or something else?
Thanks
