1995 Pontiac Transport rough runner

1995 Pontiac Transport 6 cyl

Hello,

my mini van starts well, runs well when cold, but as soon as it worms up a little, it seem to be running on only a couple of cylinders, no power, but will idle, rough but idling.
engine light is one

can you suggest anything to try before I take it in.

When was the last tune-up ? could be the problem-

Pull the code/s from the computer that's causing the CEL to come On and comeback with it-check the fuel pressure,idle air control valve and the EGR and PCV valves
